What this choice does
When the opt-out is active, DIYKB will not sell or share your personal information for purposes covered by this right. We still collect and use information as disclosed in our Privacy Policy to operate the service, keep it secure, and complete services you explicitly request.
Requesting a quote is one of those services. When you submit a quote request you are directing us to share your project details and contact information with a matched contractor or showroom so they can respond to you. That disclosure happens at your direction and is not affected by this opt-out. If you do not want your details shared with a contractor, do not submit a quote request.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an automatic opt-out and save that preference. You do not need to use the switch separately.
