AI kitchen design
AI kitchen design on a photo of your own kitchen
Take one photo of your kitchen, choose the cabinets, countertops and finishes you are considering, and the AI redraws the same room with them installed. Your layout, windows and appliances stay where they are; the surfaces change.
It is a quick way to answer the question every remodel starts with: will this actually look good in my kitchen? The menu uses named products, including 25 countertops from Cambria, Silestone, Dekton, Viatera and Vadara, so what you preview is something you can go and buy.

Before
AfterHow it works
From one photo to a redesigned kitchen
- 01
Photograph the kitchen
Stand in a corner and take a level, landscape photo in daylight with the lights on. JPG, PNG, WebP and iPhone HEIC files up to 20 MB all work.
- 02
Choose your materials
Pick a door style and color for the lower and upper cabinets, then a countertop, pulls, faucet finish, sink, backsplash, flooring and light fixture. Set only the ones you want to change.
- 03
Generate and refine
The redesign usually arrives in 30 to 60 seconds. Keep it, try another combination, or type a change in plain words, such as "make the island a darker green".
What you can try
A kitchen menu built from real products
Each option below is in the studio today. The AI is given a reference image of the product, not just its name, which is what keeps a white-and-gold quartz looking like that quartz instead of a generic marble.

Why design on your own photo instead of a blank planner
Traditional kitchen planners ask you to rebuild the room first: measure every wall, place every cabinet box, then pick finishes for a 3D model that never quite looks like home. That is the right tool for a cabinet order, and the wrong one for deciding whether you like sage green.
Designing on a photo skips the modelling. The light coming through your window, the color of the floor you are keeping and the view from the doorway are already in the picture, so the preview answers the style question in the context that matters. When you are ready for measurements and drawings, a designer or contractor takes it from there.
What the AI keeps and what it changes
In the material menu the AI is told to keep the exact camera angle, walls, windows, doors, appliances and ceiling, and to change only the surfaces you selected. Leave a category on "N/A" and it is meant to stay as it is.
Expect a preview, not a spec sheet. Colors shift with the light in your photo, veining is drawn rather than copied from a specific slab, and small details can come out differently from one run to the next. Use it to narrow the choice, then look at physical samples in your own kitchen before you order.

Questions
AI kitchen design questions
- Is the AI kitchen designer really free?
- Yes. A free account includes 3 free designs every month at standard quality, with no credit card. An HD (2K) image uses two of them. Paid plans and one-off top-up packs add more if you need them.
- Why do I need an account?
- Every design runs a real image model, so an account keeps usage fair and gives you a place to save, compare and refine your designs. Sign-up takes a Google account or an email address.
- Will it move my island or change my layout?
- No. The material menu keeps the layout, appliances, windows and doors as they are and changes finishes. You can ask for a layout change in the Refine tab, but structural edits are less predictable than finish changes.
- Can I use a photo of a kitchen that is not mine?
- Yes, as long as you have the right to use the photo. A real-estate listing photo of a house you are buying is a common starting point. You can also upload a 3D render, which comes back as a photo-style image.
- Are my designs public?
- Finished designs appear in the community gallery by default; your original photo is not shown there. You can make any design private from your dashboard at any time.
- Can I order materials from the preview?
- Use it to choose, not to order. The products are real, but an AI image cannot show a specific slab or exact paint batch. Confirm colors and patterns with physical samples, and get measurements from a professional.
